Before becoming a REALTOR, Terri spent 17 years teaching a variety of business classes and coaching at the high school level. Terri chose to become a REALTOR after gaining a greater interest in real estate through her own experiences in buying and selling investment properties in the Austin area. Terri has a BS in Business Administration from Texas State University and she received her Real Estate licensing through Champions School of Real Estate in Austin. She is a member of TAR (Texas Association of REALTORS, ABOR (Austin Board of REALTORS) and NAR (National Association of REALTORS). Doris, a thirty eight year veteran of the Real Estate Profession is from the Midwest and is married to a Native Texan. She specializes in Residential Airpark Homes, Lots, Hill Country Ranches, & Commercial Property. Her experience as an agent and previous broker, combined with her knowledge and expertise makes her uniquely qualified to meet your real estate needs. A Missourian native who lived in Kansas many years owning her own Real Estate Agency and working as a Broker, before moving to Lakeway Texas with her husband over 20 years ago where she obtained her Texas Real Estate License. She quickly established herself within the industry becoming a one time Texas Monthly featured Real Estate Agent. Married to a commercial pilot, she and her husband with their three sons travelled extensively around the world bringing history and beauty to thier lives.

My objective is to provide excellence in everything I do. I have been a resident of Texas since March, 2014. I was born and raised in California and lived in Nevada County since 1981. During that time I was involved with the insurance and securities industry before becoming a loan officer in 1996. From there I became a broker and formed two corporations. I look at my profession as a mission, to be able to help others while "doing excellence". Integrity is everything to me and relationships are the key to work and life. My clients are also the people that I see in town, at the grocery store, busy doing life, like me; excellence is the only way! My goal is to create a great group of clients and to help them make home ownership a reality, whether they are first time or seasoned home buyers.
