“Doris Oslander is a salesperson with an Agenda. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I want a total refund, here w She witnessed fraud that was put on me by my X, named Robert. Robert had been purposely jeopardizing every sale for months. He was lying to agents and telling them his name was Michael and he was my first husband, she witnessed him following inspectors and clients around telling them everything wrong with the house. He did everything and anything to jeopardize the sale. Doris witnessed sales and me being hurt. She spoke to her supervisor and he said No that she could not go to court or help. Roberts lawyer fought to appoint a receiver to sell my house and told the court that I had not tried to sell my house. Doris knew that was a lie but did not go to court with me to testify. All she could say was, "we are just spinning our wheels" I ended up giving my house away. I deserve a 100% refund of her commission. Then Crystal from Alamo title co. called me instead of Doris and said my X, Robert, had to sign off on my house. I asked why Doris did not call me because I stated I won my house in the divorce. Instead and explain this cause the divorce was over. Court decided it was my house. My xhusband, Robert called up Doris and stated He would release the house to me if I gave him 5,000 and the hot tub. I explained to her that it was already settled. Then she said, just go ahead and give him the 5,000 and the hot tub and lets get this over. I told her no, its been settled in court. I was in disbelief she was trying to get me to give him more when he has stolen EVERYTHING from me. My house should have stayed at 175,000.00 She did not recheck the market. I was told by my attorney that Doris sent him an email with my house being appraised and I never knew it. Doris said, Well I sent it to you in an email" and I told her to resend it because I never received it. Then she lied and said she sent it in a TEXT and she already erased all her texts from me. ”
