I have lived in Montgomery for almost 2 years with my husband and our 3 handsome boys. Before coming to Montgomery we lived in Spring for 11 years. I was a stay at home mom prior to becoming a Real Estate agent. I decided to become a Real Estate agent because it provides a path to financial freedom, a flexible schedule, and the personal fulfillment of helping families own their home.

I'm a holistic realtor with a specialization in finding and creating healthy homes. There is a growing awareness of the dangers of VOCs, mold, EMFs, and overall indoor air quality. Unfortunately, too many individuals are seeing a rise in illness as a result of exposure to these various indoor air pollutants. After personally experiencing mold toxicity and watching my young child develop severe neurological issues as a result of hidden indoor mold, its become my mission to provide a real estate experience focused on building biology and helping clients find new homes that will better facilitate their healing journey. I'm a proud native Texan and Houstonian that loves my home state and all that it has to offer. Originally from the Clear Lake area, I've enjoyed our peaceful Galveston beaches and coastal waterways my entire life, and currently love living in Montgomery County in the close-knit community of Woodforest, just minutes away from The Woodlands and beautiful Lake Conroe. The Heights and Oak Forest just outside of Downtown Houston have played major roles in my love for real estate and are my second home and where you can find me spending time with family and friends, and dining at all the best restaurants.

Terri Latham is the Broker Owner of White Stone Real Estate and serves the Greater Houston Area.
